Contract des Bürgers Carl Julius Rodekohr vom August 12th. 1802 (found
in documents of Drakenburg) the will of Carl Julius Rodekohr! 1.
He will give his oldest son, Wachtmeister Johann
Christian Rodekohr and wife Ahlene (maybe Adelheit) born Diercksen
(Dirks) from to day on his house ground, land everything what is his
own.
2.
Must this son give his siblings, the two sisters everyone to the
marriage-portion, what they already have, from today 50 Reichsthaler in
Gold, and the unmarried brother the dragoon, Johann Hinrich Rodekohr, if
he get married at once 65 Reichsthaler or if he need it badly, but he
must ask for it a halva year ar before. 3. The father and his wife will
eat, during his life, on the some table with the next generation and
they have to take care of him and everything he need, also four
Reichsthaler money every year. Also one sheep, the best one, and every
year one sheep and lamb from the farm. And he will help so much as he
can. 4. When he or his wife die, so has te survivar the justification
for all goods and chattels Blu-menthal den 19. of November 1795.
